“Easy to book and I had put two dogs by mistake instead of one . One email solved that. I like getting information about he hotels and it did prompt me to book a short break next month .”

“We had gift vouchers bought as a wedding present to the value of £600. As they were all in multiples of £100 this made booking online difficult. I called petspyjamas and left a message, within an hour a lovley lady called back to help. This wasn't something she could rectify immediately and passed it to another person. Within the next hour I had an email that sorted the problem and was able to complete the booking. Overall an excellent booking experience 👌”

“Sadly, the booking experience leaves a lot to be desired. Email quotes do not contain the details of the room type or the cost, only a link is provided back to the hotel list of room options for me to select from, the website is slow and the 'see availability' links on some of the special offer pages do not work. This is not what I expected from a concierge service.”

“I was a little worried as when I had booked my cottage you could still go back on and book it again for quite along time after. I did'nt get my comformation straight the way either but once I sat for a bit and waited every thing came through.”

“The choice of holiday accomodation - hotel or self catering, is fantastic and every property offers great value. Booking is so easy and the pricing is guaranteed to be the best, with dogs being able to go free!”

“Filters dont work well . After putting in options ,you then get inappropriate results After giving a 'price from' for a booking ,some then ask for a form to be completed before giving a fixed price ..which is then way higher . Complete waste of time going that route When booking say a couple of nights ,you get offered a load of hotels with priced based on 7 days ,with ludicrous prices . Again a failure of filters”

“I’m not sure whether our booking got lost, or whether I was expecting something by booking with you rather than direct with the venue, but there were no provisions in place for a dog, so it was good that we had taken our own bed and bowls! If we stay there again, I will make the booking direct with the venue as it was the same price etc as quoted on your website.”

“Extremely easy online booking experience, I thought. I am extremely unhappy that, although it states refundable, it does not include people, like us, who paid full in advance,which seems ludicrous to me, so if my husband falls ill again, we lose all the payment. I should have asked, prior to booking, Pets Pyjamas to fully explain their terms as they appear ambiguous to me. The refundability terms should be made more transparent on the booking form. I should have gone with Booking.com or booked direct as usual.”

“Staff at pets pyjamas very friendly and helpful. Plenty of choice at reasonable prices. Will keep using. Only gripe I had ,no bowls,beds at The Black Swan in Hempsley for our dogs. Otherwise Hotel and food were nice. Told Pets pyjamas about this. Otherwise all good.”
