“Hi, your website looks lovely but incredibly frustrating to use as it shows properties that aren’t available even if dates are put in and also says properties aren’t available when they are! This definitely needs to be addressed as it would put me off using it in the future however Angela was delightful and very thorough in securing our preferred accommodation.”

“Very easy to deal with, very helpful, and friendly, managed to get us a hotel with just two weeks notice for Christmas and even though the hotel said one dog managed to get our three small dogs allowed.”
