“I hadn’t heard of Pet’s Pyjamas. Came across your website by accident, but very glad I did. I could not have hoped for more in the way of friendliness, understanding and professionalism by Sam who organised my booking. I must add patience as well, as it took several attempts to get things sorted to my satisfaction.”

“Been with PetsPyjamas a few times now and always had a great experience. Just gave the dates and places I want to stay and they do the rest, all the staff are so friendly and helpful. Always kept up to date throughout the bookings. Defo recommend.”

“I think PetsPyjamas is a brilliant concept and will definitely use it again. However, I didn't find the booking process that easy. The online availability doesn't seem to match up with the true availability, once you request a booking. That said, once I was in touch with a concierge they were able to find something great in no time at all, so I'd go through the concierge directly in future.”

“First time booking a trip away with our dogs Shirley and Brenda who are big girls! Bit nervous but very much put at ease with phonecall from lovely lady. All made very easy and deposit put down. Looking forward to our trip away to Wiltshire in March 3 days for 2 offer! I’ve already recommended a friend with her furbaby 🐾”

“Sam dyer went over and beyond in helping me yesterday. She answered every question clearly and when we had technical difficulties with emails not getting through she kept at it until we had secured our booking. We even had a lovely chat while waiting for the internet to work! Well done Sam and many thanks!”
