“If there are awards for Customer Service personnel then Maria our Pets Pyjamas helper must be the winner, it is rare to come across a customer service superstar but Maria is it. On her day off she answered our enquiries going way above and beyond, we had several concerns regarding our dogs and each one was dealt with promptly and perfectly. We booked immediately. Thank you again, may there be more Maria's around.”

“Effortless! I was trying to find somewhere to stay, as we have specific needs. I received a call, followed by handpicked options, all of which were perfect. I'm now already looking for our next break with pets pyjamas!”

“Very impressed. Received excellent communication from the time I sent my request through to final confirmation from the hotel. Voicemail (I was driving) very clear, concise, friendly and professional, as were the emails.”

“The concierge was extremely friendly and helpful in trying several options in the Cotswolds before landing on the final choice. the booking and payment procedure was straightforward. I guess the acid test will be whether everything is in order when we arrive at the hotel. My only slightly negative comment ( hence 4, rather than 5, stars) is that I do not recall the 10% cancellation charge ( irrespective of the individual hotel policy) being properly explained at the time of booking.”

“I have given 3 stars because of the accommodation only, the rooms are too small for me with no wardroom and very little draw space, the ensuite is good, however with that said the inn and dining areas are charming and rustic with a great atmosphere and the staff are wonderful if you have a dog then a great place to be”

“The call back came as promised. I could not take the call at the time but when I rang back Adam was most helpful and then sent me various options which my wife and I were able to peruse in our own time and then make a choice. We have booked a three night stay covering our wedding anniversary and the Chatsworth Country Fair and are looking forward to it. We have used Pets Pyjamas before and have always been highly satisfied with the service provided and they are our first choice for booking trips away with our dogs.”

“Hi, your website looks lovely but incredibly frustrating to use as it shows properties that aren’t available even if dates are put in and also says properties aren’t available when they are! This definitely needs to be addressed as it would put me off using it in the future however Angela was delightful and very thorough in securing our preferred accommodation.”
