“Claire was so helpful, ringing back at my convenience and really warm and friendly to talk to. I am not used to talking with a person when booking things nowadays, and it really made me glad to. I've send the website link to my parents with their labrador to see.”

“Jody could not have been more helpful from start to finish, answering all my concerns and queries in a friendly and professional manner. Also the price for the package was excellent, beating anything I could get direct from the hotel's website itself. I will definitely be using this service again and have already recommended it to a friend with a dog who struggles to find TRUE dog friendly locations and not just dog tolerant ones. Many thanks Pets Pyjamas!”

“I have yet to stay at my chosen hotel so cannot comment on your service at this point, however, Jodie was fantastic in arranging the booking and was able to answer my many questions about the property. I do hope that the hotel will have everything ready for us as promised by Pets Pyjamas.”

“Like most people, our dogs are family to us. It has been difficult to get ,not just suitable doggy friendly accommodation, but, also where our fur babies are welcomed. We were resigned to another Christmas at home. Then I found Esther at dogs pyjamas, she listened, she understood and she sorted it. A beautiful Christmas break at a hotel that adore dogs. So we can all relax, enjoy our family, meet other dog friendly people and their fur babies. We are so happy, can't wait. Thanks so much Esther @ dogs pyjamas.”

“Having been let down with our current booking, I contacted Petspyjamas. They were absolutely excellent, especially in comparison to what I’d just experienced with another company. Sam and Claire and Nicola were so efficient! They came back with excellent suggestions and got us booked in within 24 hours. Such good service and extremely helpful. I can’t praise them enough. Thank you.”

“We haven't been to the hotel yet so cannot review that experience. I have to say Connor Magee was excellent got a call almost immediately from my original request. We had to make a few changes to our original dates but nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Connor.”

“Spoke to a couple of people whilst making my booking, who were very helpful. But for me personally, the whole process was far too long winded. The website search was very painful and a booking which I would hope to do directly with a venue in about an hour-took at least a fortnight. Had to persevere with the booking due to having been given vouchers to spend.”

“How easy was that?! Form filled online and within 10 minutes there was a phone call from a lovely lady who took care of everything. We even had a chat about our dogs!”
