I have received a complete different bible than i ordered wrong name etc, no contact details to get in touch on how to send back etc

Before I ordered 5 baubles I messaged to ask whether they would arrive individually boxed. The reply message said yes they would be. On that assurance, I placed my order only to find today that they arrived with packing and no individual boxes. The boxes are required for storage (they are keepsake items) and for onward postage to relatives. I am very disappointed and would appreciate it if you could send the 5 boxes to me, please.

AVOID! Terrible customer service. I ordered a remembrance padlock at 8am on 12th Sept, paid for 48 hr delivery and did not arrive until 15th. The padlock was in honour of a dear friend who took her life. Curt responses from staff despite the distressing circumstances. My friend managed to get a replacement one in time and the company Timpsons done if for free❤️ Will not use again sadly.

Delivery hasn’t arrived. Paid £9 for next day, 4 days ago. This is not the first time this has happened.. they keep using Royal Mail who are shocking.. I should have learned my lesson.. I now just want a full refund as I’m never going to receive my order

Don’t bother with these people, absolutely rubbish. Sent numerous emails , tried to call them , even sent a secondary email to confirm what I want to have put on the item, still got it wrong, for a special anniversary which is really important for my parents 60th Diamond wedding anniversary, you will get better service and communication from Woolworths and they have not been trading for over 30 years, absolutely WASTE of time and MONEY!! I’m now left with something that can’t be used but has been paid for and with no response from the company to even offer to rectify THEIR mistake!!! . BEWARE DONE WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I accidentally ordered a glass without the personalisation, less than 2 minutes after placing the order I have been trying to cancel to reorder, the contact process is a joke, they say they take care in after sale customer service but they really don't, the phone number listed on the website is missing numbers so impossible to try and speak to anyone directly. The item I mistakenly ordered has no personalisation on it and so can easily be resold without any issue however after a day of emailing and posting in their website at least 10 different times, as I placed the order with a fast shipping method, I was refused a refund or any actual help. They obviously only want your money and couldn't care about the customer experience. I am extremely disappointed and upset as this was a present for my partner.

Poor communication and refusal to observe basic consumer rights. We purchased a product and contacted the company immediately within an hour of purchase to cancel the order. No confirmation email received and when customer service finally got back to us two days later, they refused a refund due to the order already being processed and the product personalisation already having started. We have repeatedly asked the company to refund our money and they have refused to do so due to their 'policy.' We have already placed a review on trustpilot and will be contacting the ombudsman with regards the company's failure to refund us. This matter can easily be resolved, but it seems the company are a bit of a shambles. Please do not use them

Item not yet received nor have I had confirmation of purchase other than Paypal who confirm my payment has gone through the system. I am feeling very disappointed Please let me know when I can expect the item or refund me in full.

Very disappointed in the quality of the set. The bowl is hardly fit for purpose and is not the same material as the plate and mug. Much lighter in weight and too small!

Made an order, withing 24 hours I was refunded without so much as an email. I had to contact to find out what was going on. I wouldn't have minded if they had reached out to inform me what was happening with my order but they didn't and I won't use them again.

Sadly my item arrived damaged and not as described. I emailed to ask for a refund and was told to send it back, a postage label was emailed but without any facilities to print and with health issues affecting my ability to get to somewhere like a library, I asked if a paper copy could be posted (even offered to pay for the stamp and envelope). Was told they “weren’t able to do this” (I would say, weren’t willing) and then stopped answering any of my emails. I’ve got an item I don’t want and no chance of a refund now. This has been the worst online shopping experience I’ve had to date and I’ve not come across a company less keen to help out customers when they send an item below par.

Rim of vase has lump in it, shards of glass inside ! Could have paid less, expected better quality for the price, very disappointed.
