I bought last week a photo album and I paid extra money to receive my parcel in 48 hours but until today I didn’t receive nothing Even they didn’t send me any updates why it’s taking so long while I paid for 48 hours delivery Am very disappointed with the service

I wouldn’t know I paid £9 for next day delivery on Monday and I still haven’t received my order. It’s now Thursday afternoon and no sign of my order

I have not received my order so my review is very poor. Was waiting for a phone call back regarding this but have not received one. Tried emailing but now response. So very disappointed

I ordered for next day delivery on Saturday, a present for my mum’s birthday on Wednesday. They emailed me on Tuesday at 4.16pm my time that the product is out of stock. Disgrace.

This review is a little premature as I have not had any notification that my order is being dealt with or ready to send, I have no idea what is happening to my order so can't comment on the product, is anyone dealing with my order, who knows!!

My order has still not arrived and all they can say it’s on its way and has been 18 days since I ordered it am giving it a couple more days then I want a refund

Paid for next day delivery on Friday and still haven't received my order it was for a friends birthday which was on Sunday I am very disappointed and upset that she still hasn't received it 😥

After-sales care link leads to a 404 - URL Not Found style error. They've requested a review so I'm giving them one. Paid for 2 day delivery so a bit fed up that 7 days later I'm still waiting. No correspondence.....nothing. Have tried contacting through the channels provided on their website but no idea if anything has got through. Certainly, I've had no confirmations. Just a confirmation of the order - all paid for, and a request for a review. If you like your order on time (like it needs to be in time for a birthday) or at least kept informed of progress I'd go somewhere else.

Shame, poorest quality. Zero star, my partner barely had the wristwatch on for an hour and the leather had completely peeled off

I am extremely disappointed with my purchase and will be asking for a refund or a replacement sent. I ordered a compass for a holy communion present and it will not open and the top section has already fallen off.
