“The item purchased was a Graduation Certificate holder with a personal inscription which is very beautiful and we are very happy with it. The only thing that could be improved is communication regarding delivery as we had no notification. Having said that it was delivered very quickly.”

“Ordered the personalised txt double heart ornament as a wedding gift. Really pleased with the item and would order again. However, did not receive a confirmation order email so had to contact the company to confirm order had been received and wasn't a scam ordering site. Thankfully all was good and received a reply and the order really quickly.”

“Decent quality but it would have been better if the piece that had the name was actually part of the bauble as opposed to how it’s a separate piece that easily slips off. So personalisation would be a 3* for me! Bauble quality is 4*”
