No update on order in 5 days. The links on the emails don’t work. The contact us page doesn’t work either. Very disappointing customer service.

The website is very unclear. It is impossible when you have to contact them for a wrong item received. The teddy did not have the personalised message I asked for. The only option I had was this review when I wanted to write a private message. Terrible quality control or it could be a rip off and all teddys have the same message which is Sonny.

Just received wrong item a birthday cke for somebody else when I should have received the red lustre chocolate heart smash cake, my name and address on parcel, my paperwork showing my order inside box WRONG ITEM, this may have ruined somebody's birthday that was relaying on this cake and will ruin our wedding anniversary if we dont receive correct item in time and we're now left with someone else's cake with no phone number to contact you to speak to someone in person to explain situation and know what to do not happy at all

They took my money and I never received my order and there was no way of contacting them as on the contact us page / after sales customer services when I tried to submit an email it was unable to send. I tried several times and it kept saying ‘unable to submit your request please try again later’. Complete scam do not purchase from this website.

Beware you will not get a confirmation e-mail to confirm your order. Very important if purchasing an engraved item. Beware there is no way to contact this company other than through digital contact which also gets ignored. Received a glass without any engraving. There are really good websites out there which provides a decent service and follow up e-mails. Please think carefully before you use this website.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Candles arrived without personalisation even though we had checked numerous times throughout the order process to ensure the wording was correct. Extremely poor customer service. We offered to return the candles and requested the labels were reprinted with our correct wording, but now we are just being ignored.

For some reason the personalisation on a tree bauble I requested did not appear on the final page of the order. I got in touch with Sixtysixty immediately but was told the order had been placed and was processing (literally 5 minutes in). The bauble arrived with no personalisation on it. I requested to return it for personalisation and have been refused that or a refund. I have followed this up with several emails and have got nowhere. I now have a grossly overpriced bauble with no personalisation on it! Truely dreadful customer service and I would therefore not recommend this company.

AVOID. I tried to put an order through and it failed. Tried again and it went through. Ended up being sent 2 of the same item as apparently from their end the 1st order was received (I got no confirmation of it). However the 1st item hadn’t been personalised (the order I’d tried to submit included personalisation but they said this wasn’t showing on the order they received). Much easier to return in that case I thought seeing as the item can be re-used by them, so I asked for a refund - they are refusing this. Customer service is terrible, I also wrote to their registered office and the response from them was equally as unhelpful. My recommendation- use a different site for personalised gifts, there are plenty to chose from!

Poor services! Ordered and payed for next day delivery, with no other updates following payment, no heads up about delivery and after they deliver leaving it outside and I have no order for an important event. Contact them asking them to make it right, however they have stopped answering and hidding. Would not recommend if you don't want to be left without your order

Having recently purchased an engraved brandy glass with minature bottle of brandy gift set, I was more than disappointed when the glass arrived in a cardboard box and the minature brandy was in bubble wrap. When I ordered the gift set it was pictured with a blue satin lined box. Advert is totally misleading, how do I go about returning item for a refund?

Very poor service from the beginning. No confirmation received of my order, no information regarding the dispatch date for my order which was meant for a Christmas gift. Then received a refund as my item is out of stock, again with no update what so ever.

Do not order from this company! No delivery update for 2 weeks only to say they refunded my order and no email whatsoever. Its christmas and i got no time to order again as this was supposed to be a xmas present! Very disappointed. No refund till now.

I ordered and double checked the personalisation before completing. Baubles arrived with no personalisation. I asked customer services if I can return the baubles but was informed that personalised items cannot be returned. I am very disappointed and I feel like I have been conned. Customer Service is non existent, no phone numbers available. The only plus side was the speed the Christmas baubles arrived.

I would have given no stars if I could have I ordered aChristmas bauble on the 4th of December and while you were happy to take the money I have never received a confirmation email and I I never received the goods I can’t contact you because I don’t have a order number I would like the bauble or my money back
