“After-sales care link leads to a 404 - URL Not Found style error. They've requested a review so I'm giving them one. Paid for 2 day delivery so a bit fed up that 7 days later I'm still waiting. No correspondence.....nothing. Have tried contacting through the channels provided on their website but no idea if anything has got through. Certainly, I've had no confirmations. Just a confirmation of the order - all paid for, and a request for a review. If you like your order on time (like it needs to be in time for a birthday) or at least kept informed of progress I'd go somewhere else.”

“Don’t buy off here, I ordered chocolate egg with personalisation for next day , it’s been 5 days no delivery and also on my order confirmation it says I haven’t added personalisation. I have sent a few emails and they’re are ignoring me. DONT BUY”

“I ordered a personalised ice bucket as a surprise present for my husband‘s birthday. Once I had filled in my text and completed my order the website states no text written. I then contacted customer services after back-and-forth emails for a week my ice bucket finally arrived. I opened it to find that no text was on it and that my enquiries have not been dealt with this left me feeling very upset and annoyed. My husband now knows about the surprise that is no longer a surprise has gone on the website filled in again the information and once you’re about to pay it wipes the text you have written. There must be a problem with your website and your customer service. I’m very disappointed as I have a ice bucket with no text written on it. What is the point of a personalise site that you can’t personalise your gift!!”
