“I ordered a personalised diamanté lighter as a birthday present for a friend. I was concerned when I didn’t receive a receipt or confirmation of my order, however, Wendy, the Head of Operations, responded immediately to my email and was very helpful and reassuring. I emailed Wendy a couple more times regarding a tracking number for my item and each time she responded extremely swiftly and graciously. My order arrived very quickly, and I was more than happy with the lighter! It is lovely, the quality was better than I expected, and the engraving is spot on! A fantastic product for such a low price! I know my friend is going to love! I would highly recommend Personalise.co.uk for their excellent products, and I can’t praise Wendy enough for her wonderful customer service!!!”

“We wanted a special personalised item to give to our son and his new fiancé - we found a beautiful vase which was ideal. Something for them to keep and use for many years to come. We ordered it online on Saturday with our chosen words and didn't have to wait long - it arrived on Tuesday, just 2 days later! It was well packaged for its journey and was perfectly boxed ready for us just to wrap it. Very pleased with both the service and cost. “Great product - good service - prompt delivery - good communications when I had a query, was answered by mail within 15 mins. Website could have been clearer about how to submit pictures and I wouldn't have had to make the query - but everything tuned out well. Please (personalize.co.uk) include the VAT in your shop pricing. This is by far the most common option provided by the world's most successful sellers. The price of what I got was good - even with the VAT. You didn't need to hide the extra 3 pounds by leaving out VAT. All in all - very pleased with waht I bought and will 100 percent use again”

“Ordered 2 items after initial confirmation of order no updates to say whether it had been dispatched. Candle looked nice when it arrived though not much smell to it. Diffuser was disappointing although it smelt nice personalisation was on a sticker which is already coming off in one corner. Very expensive for what it i I was sent an email to review my purchase 3 days before I got them.”
