“Ordered 2 items after initial confirmation of order no updates to say whether it had been dispatched. Candle looked nice when it arrived though not much smell to it. Diffuser was disappointing although it smelt nice personalisation was on a sticker which is already coming off in one corner. Very expensive for what it i I was sent an email to review my purchase 3 days before I got them.”

“Lovely product. Disappointed with lack of information around delivery so unable to track parcel. Every email sent to enquire about despatch was kicked back so information is not up to date on website. Would not use this service again as its third party and not actually the manufacturer.”

“Hard to comment just yet. I've received no notifications as yet regarding an item I bought 4 days ago so I've no idea if you are a genuine company or a scam, if my item is coming or not and when or whereabouts it is in the process. So no, not overly impressed !”

“I ordered a personalised wine bucket on 25th November and paid extra for next day delivery so, knowing that I ordered it after 11a.m I expected it on 27th November. I had no tracking details so phoned the company and they assured me it was to arrive that day. However, it didn't arrive until late on Friday 28th that being three days after the order was placed. I'm pleased with the product however, which is good quality and very good value for the money, now it's eventually here, just in time for a friend's 80th.”

“I was very disappointed with my order. The personalising process was not clear at all, and even though I triple checked my items , they arrived with the wrong personalisation. Though customer service was nice, they werent very helpful.”

“I have recently purchase personalised photo album and when received, wrong photo was printed on the cover. It suppose to be birthday present for my friend so I uploaded her and her husband's photo and I received classic car! I tried ro contact customer service, but no help and response so far!”

“I have absolutely no idea how to send photo for Father’s Day mug. Supposed to receive a link but I and others have scanned all messages for this to no avail. I’ve received no response from company, are these reviews Is a scam or am I going to get a mug with someone else’s photo? First bad experience through online shopping and being elderly cannot afford loss.”

“Placed the order last week, have not even received email confirmation of order. This is the first communication and they ask for a review!!! So yes I placed an order and paid for it. Have no idea when I will receive it although it said the item was in stock. So I would suggest the seller gets their ducks in a row before asking for a review. At least deliver the item as the subsequent questions are pointless”

“Bauble good quality, but I didn’t leave that much space between words how they did. Name is a bit unclear. 2 stars because I haven’t idea about my status order I just woke up with the order at home. No email, nothing. Unprofessional”
