I have recently purchase personalised photo album and when received, wrong photo was printed on the cover. It suppose to be birthday present for my friend so I uploaded her and her husband's photo and I received classic car! I tried ro contact customer service, but no help and response so far!

I was not given a tracking number or courier. Upto now l have no idea where and when parcel will be delivered

Very difficult to get in touch, have not been able to check status of order or delivery. Enquiry to their customer services results in a circular travel around various pages on their site, leading back to the start, but getting no answers,

I have absolutely no idea how to send photo for Father’s Day mug. Supposed to receive a link but I and others have scanned all messages for this to no avail. I’ve received no response from company, are these reviews Is a scam or am I going to get a mug with someone else’s photo? First bad experience through online shopping and being elderly cannot afford loss.

Placed the order last week, have not even received email confirmation of order. This is the first communication and they ask for a review!!! So yes I placed an order and paid for it. Have no idea when I will receive it although it said the item was in stock. So I would suggest the seller gets their ducks in a row before asking for a review. At least deliver the item as the subsequent questions are pointless

Bauble good quality, but I didn’t leave that much space between words how they did. Name is a bit unclear. 2 stars because I haven’t idea about my status order I just woke up with the order at home. No email, nothing. Unprofessional

Ordered an item for one of my children for Christmas. Experienced issues with the site and was unable to order initially, however customer services was responsive and helpful via Facebook messaging and advised to try on a computer/laptop which I did, and managed to order. My confirmation email never came through but, again, customer services was helpful and got back to me quickly and had it sent out. The item took a few days to arrive so fairly quick delivery given the time of year. Unfortunately, the box the item arrived in not only identified the website I'd ordered from but stated what the item in the box was, on an order sticker, and this was seen by my child who believed Santa would be bringing this. Item itself is nice enough but I'd never order again following this. I can't see any reason why the content details need to be stuck on the box and the website need to make it clear their packaging is not discreet.

Delivery was within 3 days .but quality of the product poor. Ordered personalised trinket box...which was plastic with silver coating and small piece of metal where the engraving was. Expensive for something that looks like you could get from the £1 shop....
