I am very disappointed with this site, I ordered a gift for a wedding which never came, I noticed my order was taking long so I reached out to them to then find out that it is no longer in stock. Also it’s taking them a very long time to refund my money back into my account

This website scam you. They have took my money and have not delivered anything at all. I paid for next day delivery and postage and VAT and after a week have not received anything. I have contacted them but they do not return any emails or calls.

Very disappointed with this company ordered a triple candle holder over 5 weeks ago still haven’t received it .. they said it’s on its way then one email said it’s in production lies lies and to top it off they are ignoring my emails now 😡

I would not recommend this company at all!! I paid for next day delivery but the parcel did not arrive. I have contacted the company and have not had a response. Worst company I have bought with. I want a REFUND ASAP!!

Don’t buy off here, I ordered chocolate egg with personalisation for next day , it’s been 5 days no delivery and also on my order confirmation it says I haven’t added personalisation. I have sent a few emails and they’re are ignoring me. DONT BUY

I ordered a personalised ice bucket as a surprise present for my husband‘s birthday. Once I had filled in my text and completed my order the website states no text written. I then contacted customer services after back-and-forth emails for a week my ice bucket finally arrived. I opened it to find that no text was on it and that my enquiries have not been dealt with this left me feeling very upset and annoyed. My husband now knows about the surprise that is no longer a surprise has gone on the website filled in again the information and once you’re about to pay it wipes the text you have written. There must be a problem with your website and your customer service. I’m very disappointed as I have a ice bucket with no text written on it. What is the point of a personalise site that you can’t personalise your gift!!

Please do not buy from this company I bought a bible for a child about 4 days ago , charged me for 48hrs delivery, but bible wasn’t delivered. No way to contact the company as contact page always showing error 404

Arrived not personalised. Despite me checking I had added the personalisation product arrived plain. I then tried to reorder now being cautious. However same thing happened and the personalisation was cleared once it was added to the basket. After several attempts I managed to get it working. But the order will now be late and miss the birthday it was intended for. Not sure if this is a bug on the site but very annoying and if I wasn’t desperate I would’ve shopped elsewhere. Just make sure to triple check the order.

AVOID - RUDE, INCORRECT PRODUCT, WASTE OF MONEY Ridiculously poor customer service, website is faulty and will not allow you to add personalisation, when added to basket, personalisation lines show up as [NONE] despite adding the personalisation multiple times!! Emailed immediately after purchasing the cufflink box explaining the situation with their website and specifying the personalisation & received rude replies saying 'they will not add the personalisation' and my emails were ignored!! I have received a blank box, unpersonalised today, 8 days after purchasing. Waste of money, no phone number to contact them and they ignore emails. Absolutely appalling service - AVOID!!

Still waiting on delivery even though I paid £4.75 to receive it as soon as it was done !! Is this a rip off as it doesn't 'spevify' a time frame ! Didn't think that one out did I ... Oh and no updates but s request for a review .... Really !!

Very disappointed with both the service and the product. I ordered a personalized calendar as part of a Christmas present on the 17th December which did not arrive until the 30th. There was no expectation given in terms of when I should expect it, but given that other companies, like Moonpig can create and deliver within 24 hours, 13 days was excessive. I attempted to cancel the order on the 24th, but was advised this was not possible as the item had already been dispatched, yet I was never informed that had happened. When I replied to the email requesting an ETA, I received no response. Furthermore, the calendar did not arrive for a further 6 days. The calendar has arrived today in an envelope, the pages are bent and of poor quality considering the price. I won't be buying from here again unfortunately.
