I accidentally ordered a glass without the personalisation, less than 2 minutes after placing the order I have been trying to cancel to reorder, the contact process is a joke, they say they take care in after sale customer service but they really don't, the phone number listed on the website is missing numbers so impossible to try and speak to anyone directly.
The item I mistakenly ordered has no personalisation on it and so can easily be resold without any issue however after a day of emailing and posting in their website at least 10 different times, as I placed the order with a fast shipping method, I was refused a refund or any actual help.
They obviously only want your money and couldn't care about the customer experience. I am extremely disappointed and upset as this was a present for my partner.
