“Terrific variety and well presented. Something to suit all budgets and tastes. Tracking was off, item was marked as being processed on the day it was delivered. I had no estimated delivery date either.”

“I can't really give a review as my product hasn't arrived yet. I paid for next day delivery 4 days ago & item still hasn't arrived. I have contacted customer service who did reply right away, so if I have any review so far it's that the customer service was quick & pleasant.”

“After a mix up with delivery and being given the wrong postal tracking no it finally arrived. It was a bit stressful at the time not knowing if it was lost. Albeit late for my husbands birthday. He loves it.”

“The flowers are good, but customer service takes way too long to reply a lot of the time (especially on whatsapp). ordered with same day delivery and it was delivered to the wrong address so had to talk to support countless times especially that they rook way too long to reply. and they wanted to give a complimentary vase as a gift but I never ended up receiving it, although they said I can add it to my cart for free next time I buy from them. Still waiting for the delivery refund. But like I said the flowers are good and smell good, only issues I had were with dealing with them.”
