“After a mix up with delivery and being given the wrong postal tracking no it finally arrived. It was a bit stressful at the time not knowing if it was lost. Albeit late for my husbands birthday. He loves it.”

“The flowers are good, but customer service takes way too long to reply a lot of the time (especially on whatsapp). ordered with same day delivery and it was delivered to the wrong address so had to talk to support countless times especially that they rook way too long to reply. and they wanted to give a complimentary vase as a gift but I never ended up receiving it, although they said I can add it to my cart for free next time I buy from them. Still waiting for the delivery refund. But like I said the flowers are good and smell good, only issues I had were with dealing with them.”

“A little disappointed with the quality of personalisation on the vase. It isn’t “engraved” as I was expecting it to be, more of a transfer which feels like it will wear off fairly easily with a couple of washes (in fact there were white smears still on the vase which needed to be wiped off) and the text appears to be on the back of the vase rather than within the decorative heart on the front. Having said that, it is a lovely vase and arrived extremely quickly and well packaged. Not a big deal, but I didn’t receive despatch or delivery courier emails, which are always helpful.”

“The vase is nice but the inscription on it is not clear at all. The print should be bolder and darker so can be easily read. The correspondence was not good. I was told after purchasing the item that I would receive an email to tell me when i should receive it but I got nothing at all, which was quite disappointing.”

“Ordered 2 Christmas baubles. The printing wasn’t as clear as I’ve had in the past 18 years (from this company and others) or as depicted on the website. I’d ordered too late for returns etc as needed for Christmas Day. However they did arrive promptly.”
