Ordered a personalised water bottle - the lid did not screw on straight and would not tighten down, if not put on exactly right the water bottle leaked - i emailed and was asked to return the bottle. I was then told the "manufacturer" had said there was nothing wrong with the bottle and we just had to screw it on slowly. I explained we had tried on numerous occasions to do this, but was told the bottle was ok and I would need to pay for return delivery if i wanted the bottle back. I refused to pay for return delivery of a faulty/poor quality bottle. Very poor customer service and poor quality item. Not happy!!!!! I would avoid buying one of these bottles and be wary of other items they sell.

What an absolute joke! I tried to place an order for 3 father's day gifts to discover that the FREE delivery would not be able to deliver on time and that to ensure delivery would arrive on time I had to pay £8.95. HOWEVER, I was told the gifts were dispached from different locations and I therefore had to pay two separate delivery charges... so much for FREE!! P&P issues set aside (BTW they did NOT arrive on time after excessive charges) the gifts also turned up WRONG! The INCORRECT PRODUCT (similar but NOT what was advertised) arrived with, you've guessed it, the WRONG PERSONALISATION/wording inscribed! After complaining SEVERAL WEEKS ago, all I have been offered is a partial refund of the product but not the p&p charges (of which there'll be more if I return the gift!) Along comes the next LATE ARRIVAL... UNBELIEVABLY... It too is the INCORRECT product (NOT as advertised) After multiple emails, on my part, trying to get to some type of resolution, I am continually being IGNORED! I am absolutely livid. This company truly lacks any level of professionalism or common courtesy! I wish I could rate it 0/5 but I have to say 1 to be able to leave a review! I feel utterly cheated/conned. I am awaiting some type of response and/or recompense but am holding my breath! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

Placed my order on June 5th has been almost a month and have not received anything! They took payment right away tho!!! I have emailed numerous times no response. There is no direct number. to talk to someone!

Terrible customer service. Delivery delayed. I made an order on a Thursday and purchased the Next day delivery method on check out. I had no communication to say my order had been dispatched, on it's way or delivered. There is no contact telephone number to call anyone from this place and when trying to track it comes up with very limited information. I submitted a question online through the website to ask where my delivery was (4 days after making the purchase) and Ellis response was "your item will be delivered shortly". Ellis (the Customer Services Executive ) was very impolite and inefficient, this completely ruined my shopping experience and because of this I will not use this website again. I was also denied a refund for the delivery costs even though it did not come in time.

I am very pleased with the quality of this ornament. Its a good weight and looks beautiful. One negative thing the lettering could have been darker. Some letters look already faded. Otherwise a five star rating.

The box is lovely and was delivered very quickly. The only criticism I have is that the writing on it is so pale you can barely see it. A stronger coloured writing would have made it perfect

The vase is nice but the inscription on it is not clear at all. The print should be bolder and darker so can be easily read. The correspondence was not good. I was told after purchasing the item that I would receive an email to tell me when i should receive it but I got nothing at all, which was quite disappointing.

Very poor service from the beginning. No confirmation received of my order, no information regarding the dispatch date for my order which was meant for a Christmas gift. Then received a refund as my item is out of stock, again with no update what so ever.

Do not order from this company! No delivery update for 2 weeks only to say they refunded my order and no email whatsoever. Its christmas and i got no time to order again as this was supposed to be a xmas present! Very disappointed. No refund till now.

I ordered and double checked the personalisation before completing. Baubles arrived with no personalisation. I asked customer services if I can return the baubles but was informed that personalised items cannot be returned. I am very disappointed and I feel like I have been conned. Customer Service is non existent, no phone numbers available. The only plus side was the speed the Christmas baubles arrived.

I would have given no stars if I could have I ordered aChristmas bauble on the 4th of December and while you were happy to take the money I have never received a confirmation email and I I never received the goods I can’t contact you because I don’t have a order number I would like the bauble or my money back

Item never turned up never got any confirmation email so wasn’t able to send order number but they were quick to take payment and send emails asking for a review on my recent purchase 😡

Having placed an order I received no notification by email that the order had been confirmed. The Sage payment site stated that the payment had not been cleared by the company. So I reordered the same items, still did not receive a confirmation email!! Yet I received the request for a short review! Being abroad over Christmas I am unable to contact my credit card company to check if the payment has been taken, once or twice.
