“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A breathtakingly beautiful tribute to my daughterI ordered these custom light-up plaques to complete a special memorial garden for my late daughter, who passed away in 2020. Her daughters (my granddaughters, who were just 12 and 10 then, and are now 18 and 16) picked out the plants, wrote the verses, and chose their favorite photos with their mum.Personalise.co.uk did an absolute masterpiece of a job. The photo engraving is flawless, and seeing them lit up next to the girls' plants brings us so much comfort. The service was quick, respectful, and highly efficient. I am completely in love with them. Thank you for helping us honor her memory so beautifully.”

I was concerned when I didn’t receive a receipt or confirmation of my order, however, Wendy, the Head of Operations, responded immediately to my email and was very helpful and reassuring. I emailed Wendy a couple more times regarding a tracking number for my item and each time she responded extremely swiftly and graciously. My order arrived very quickly, and I was more than happy with the lighter! It is lovely, the quality was better than I expected, and the engraving is spot on! A fantastic product for such a low price! I know my friend is going to love! “We wanted a special personalised item to give to our son and his new fiancé - we found a beautiful vase which was ideal. Something for them to keep and use for many years to come.
