Poor communication and refusal to observe basic consumer rights. We purchased a product and contacted the company immediately within an hour of purchase to cancel the order. No confirmation email received and when customer service finally got back to us two days later, they refused a refund due to the order already being processed and the product personalisation already having started. We have repeatedly asked the company to refund our money and they have refused to do so due to their 'policy.' We have already placed a review on trustpilot and will be contacting the ombudsman with regards the company's failure to refund us. This matter can easily be resolved, but it seems the company are a bit of a shambles. Please do not use them

Item not yet received nor have I had confirmation of purchase other than Paypal who confirm my payment has gone through the system. I am feeling very disappointed Please let me know when I can expect the item or refund me in full.

Very disappointed in the quality of the set. The bowl is hardly fit for purpose and is not the same material as the plate and mug. Much lighter in weight and too small!

Made an order, withing 24 hours I was refunded without so much as an email. I had to contact to find out what was going on. I wouldn't have minded if they had reached out to inform me what was happening with my order but they didn't and I won't use them again.

Sadly my item arrived damaged and not as described. I emailed to ask for a refund and was told to send it back, a postage label was emailed but without any facilities to print and with health issues affecting my ability to get to somewhere like a library, I asked if a paper copy could be posted (even offered to pay for the stamp and envelope). Was told they “weren’t able to do this” (I would say, weren’t willing) and then stopped answering any of my emails. I’ve got an item I don’t want and no chance of a refund now. This has been the worst online shopping experience I’ve had to date and I’ve not come across a company less keen to help out customers when they send an item below par.

Rim of vase has lump in it, shards of glass inside ! Could have paid less, expected better quality for the price, very disappointed.

Sadly my order was not put into manufacture over a week after the order was placed. Consequently, it was not going to be delivered in time for Christmas and had to be cancelled. I received a refund but this left is rushing to find an alternative present only a few days before Christmas. I was very disappointed with the service from this company.

My order was never delivered but info at Royal Mail showed ‘delivered’ however in the delivery details there was info showing ‘no answer’. I contacted Personalise couple of times asking them to query that with Royal Mail (as it’s the sender who needs to do it) but had no reply from them

Not sure about this company, no order recieved, it's been newly 2 weeks plus, no updates and no way of contacting them. The contact number has digits missing , so doesnt even ring,seems like a con to me stay well clear and save your money

Noticed I had made one mistake with a letter on my item which was a graveyard piece for 2 babies in my family. Spotted it minutes after I done it so went onto the cancellation bit on their website where they state orders can only be cancelled if not produced so filled in the form and then emailed to ask to cancel or amend order. Was emailed the next day to say it couldn’t be done as the order was already produced - I ordered at 9pm at night and it was physically possible for the order to have been produced in the minutes between ordering and cancelling/emailing. Have emailed to try discuss twice and have had no response - were quick to reply and say no but can’t reply to other emails. Sad that a company like this would let an incorrect item go out for a graveyard. I take responsibility for making the mistake but I followed their cancellation instructions and they have chose not to follow through! Will never use again and would encourage others not to do so either as they clearly have no compassion and shouldn’t be producing goods for people in these circumstance if this is how they treat them!

I would give 0 stars but don't have the option. I never received any emails to confirm my order and when I tried to contact the seller had no response. Worst company

Absolutely disgraceful " customer service " the website does not work You are reminded time and again to confirm the requirements and if you don't watch out it removes it AFTER you place the order we were sent the bauble with no engraving.... it defies belief that NOBODY has the sense to call to check before sending it out at an exhorbitant cost ... we received no confirmation email either Kayla was not helpful at all when I complained
