Rubbish supplier. Ordered a candle & vase but still no delivery after 15 days. Ordered same vase on Amazon and delivered within 2 days. As this company is just based in Birmingham, for local delivery, this is atrocious. Production times is a joke to say the least. No updates are given on delivery times etc. The only contact is via email. Really bad for a local service. Ordered 9th Aug and still no update on delivery as of 23 Aug.

Worst company ever had to get my bank involved never received refund even though they cancelled my order what a disorganised company plus left without graduation present when I ordered 21 days before and order cancelled day and half before, can’t get anything personalised in that short time

Ordered my photo frame with personalised on it should me what it looked like then I pressed the buy now button when I got the email it didn’t have anything on so I emailed customer service straight away she said she would sort it out and when it came very disappointed there was no personalise on it

Poor customer service / aftercare. I ordered personalised items, however had major issues with delivery. When I used the contact us details on the website for help to enquire re the delivery date of my item, I received no response. Finally found an email address re who to contact. Someone finally responded and stated parcel had been left in unlocked leaky shed next to my property. No card was left, no email was sent to regarding the fact my parcel was due to be delivered and or had been delivered. When I finally found the parcel, the personalised card I had purchased was ruined by rain damage.

I’m extremely disappointed by the quality of the personalised box I have purchased. The front is damaged, there is a crack and marks on the side. The hinges are rusty and the screws haven’t been put in properly. One of the corners is also chipped. This is my first order from personalise and only purchased as had okay reviews but this is a really poor quality product. The Christening is on Saturday and now I am going to have to try and find an alternative gift as I cannot give this as it is. They have a form to submit issues but you cannot submit without adding an image but every time you add images they say the file size is too big. Got through to Wendy via email who sent a screenshot of the website stating ‘There may be slight blemishes due to natural wood’. And stated there was nothing they would do. No apology either. I understand wood blemishes, but rust, black marks and sticking out screws? Not so much. Do not bother wasting your money here. Website is also filled with spelling mistakes so this should have been the red flag!!

No information about delivery date after placing the order, and when trying to send a message the website says unable to send (which seems to be a common issue). Can you please assist?

No update on order in 5 days. The links on the emails don’t work. The contact us page doesn’t work either. Very disappointing customer service.

The website is very unclear. It is impossible when you have to contact them for a wrong item received. The teddy did not have the personalised message I asked for. The only option I had was this review when I wanted to write a private message. Terrible quality control or it could be a rip off and all teddys have the same message which is Sonny.

Just received wrong item a birthday cke for somebody else when I should have received the red lustre chocolate heart smash cake, my name and address on parcel, my paperwork showing my order inside box WRONG ITEM, this may have ruined somebody's birthday that was relaying on this cake and will ruin our wedding anniversary if we dont receive correct item in time and we're now left with someone else's cake with no phone number to contact you to speak to someone in person to explain situation and know what to do not happy at all

They took my money and I never received my order and there was no way of contacting them as on the contact us page / after sales customer services when I tried to submit an email it was unable to send. I tried several times and it kept saying ‘unable to submit your request please try again later’. Complete scam do not purchase from this website.

Beware you will not get a confirmation e-mail to confirm your order. Very important if purchasing an engraved item. Beware there is no way to contact this company other than through digital contact which also gets ignored. Received a glass without any engraving. There are really good websites out there which provides a decent service and follow up e-mails. Please think carefully before you use this website.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Candles arrived without personalisation even though we had checked numerous times throughout the order process to ensure the wording was correct. Extremely poor customer service. We offered to return the candles and requested the labels were reprinted with our correct wording, but now we are just being ignored.
