“Ordered a tonne of cobbles online - received a phone call to book delivery - needed to split delivery load - cost £60 extra but delivered within a few days (during COVID) & no one home to help but delivery guy managed to off load onto driveway.”

“Happy with the quality and transported securely. Was slightly disappointed as delivered late and was rolled off on a pallet with a motorised trolley which struggled. Slabs should have been taken off a truck with a mechanical arm and not a van with a lift. I guess they thought they would save money but struggled with the push trolley.”

“Where too begin. Have had an ongoing issue for months with faulty sandstone, raised through PayPal, refused to accept a return for months, PayPal where looking at a 50%refund as half had been laid ( we had already paid for a contractor and paving superstore where unfriendly and rude prior to contractor arriving, if they had behaved professionally all this could have been avoided ) NOW !! In the mist of another 2nd wave and restrictions they have decided that I should return their faulty sandstone ( at my expense ) including the laid ones for a full refund at exactly the same time have sent most of their staff home because of covid so getting a hold of anyone will be more difficult. Perfect timing to ask me to send it back ?, everything going under tighter restrictions, vastly reduced numbers at the office, cold and wet weather, will be huge delays In transport again , ita great when things go right for a company, but the true testament of a good company is how they handle situations when things go wrong. PayPal said there would be no issues in getting 50% refund for 50% returned, very greedy company, fine well knowing I've lost 3 relative's through this crisis and trying to make a safe space out doors for my 2 disabled sons, its already going to cost us 3x what it should have done because of their lack of customer care and professionalism. Also flagged my review to trust pilot, and had zero response from 3 emails which I knew would be the case if you read above, disgusting behaviour paving superstore, gutter behaviour”

“I decided to look online after I was let down by by Wickes who said in early October that paving was a seasonal item and they wouldn't order any till next spring. As I wanted to lay the patio this autumn I looked online and found Paving Superstore whose price for Indian sandstone was £130 cheaper and whose delivery was free instead of £30.The paving was delivered in 2 days the driver was very helpful and I was impressed with the quality.”

“Couldn't be happier with the service. The Slabs were delivered 1 week earlier than the initial estimated delivery date. The driver also went above and beyond and drove his 26ton 8 wheeler lorry up an incredibly tight lane in order to deliver direct to our house. Many other drivers would have simply refused.”

“The delivery leaves a lot to be desired......orders didnÕt come as they said and then quantities was incorrect! Wasted time having people to take the delivery and then not showing up! Got told you cant have express delivery but then got told I have to wait for my delivery because priority goes to the express deliveryÕs!?”

“Good choice of products, I have ordered lovely modak rose sandstone from them. Online ordering process doesn't give an option to choose weekend (Sat) delivery - this is however available at extra cost, I found this out when I called them slightly desperate to receive my order before the spell of sunny weather comes to an end. Wish I knew this was possible right from the start. It all worked out well for me, I ordered online on Mon and got my sandstone delivered on Sat. Good comms and will use them again if need arises.”
