“Great price and excellent service. I was worried tiles wouldn't arrive in time so contacted paving Superstore and they guaranteed they would make the delivery in time which they duly did. No damages and great product”

“Price was very good for a bulk pack. Order was confirmed with a delivery date provided. Order was delivered as scheduled with a large vehicle with trailer added. Driver was very skilled at driving the vehicle through a busy street and dropped the paving blocks as close as possible to where they were used.”

“We ordered a Rowlinson Harrogate 3-seat arbour, which was delivered promptly. The quality of the arbour is excellent and is far better than one we were looking to buy from Dobbies. The wood is pressure-tanalised and thick, not just decorative, so it will stand the test of time. Highly recommended.”

“I ordered paving on 6 June for delivery on 9 June. On 9 June no delivery, contacted paving superstore who told me my delivery date wasn't an actual delivery day just when it would be despatched, my actual delivery day would be Friday 12 June. Friday 12 June I got a phone call from a delivery service to arrange delivery day. Told them it was meant to be that day. No sorry they said it will be next week, so arranged it for Monday 15 and cancelled the paver who was coming 13/14. Paving came Monday, was a little concerned that the pallet it was strapped to was broken so contacted paving superstore who said no problem just let us know within 7 days of delivery of any broken paving. Paver was rebooted to come on 21 June and when he came checked paving and found they had sent 600 x 600 instead of 600 x 900 so no good. Got back in touch and was told there had been a mix up we will collect the wrong stuff on Tuesday 23 June - which happened - and deliver correct paving on Wrdnesday 24 June - which hasn't happened. Got in touch by phone on 24 June they are checking today 25 June and will get back to me. 11:15 and Im still waiting and my paver is now on holiday for two weeks so have lost a month in getting this job done. To be fair when I get in touch thay are very apologetic but I don't really need apologies just the product I paid for!!!”

We fully appreciate how frustrating this must have been, particularly with the impact it had on your paving contractor and the delays to your project. Unfortunately, your order was affected by a combination of issues. There was an initial misunderstanding regarding the delivery timescale, followed by delays with the delivery network. To make matters worse, an incorrect size of paving was dispatched due to a picking error, which we fully acknowledge should not have happened. As soon as we were made aware of the error, we arranged for the incorrect goods to be collected and worked to dispatch the correct materials as quickly as possible. Whilst our team kept in regular contact and apologised throughout, we completely understand your point that what you really needed was the correct product delivered promptly. We're genuinely sorry that your experience fell short of the high standards we aim to provide. Your feedback has been shared internally as we continue to improve both our processes and communication. “I’ve had a very positive purchase from Paving Superstore. Ordered for a very good price and my slabs arrived on the day selected, although they didn’t arrive until early evening (18:15). When my landscapers opened the pallets they found that 6 of the slabs had been cracked very badly, luckily I’d over ordered on sq meters so it wasn’t a problem. I sent photos through showing the cracked slabs and paving superstore refunded me the cost of the 6 slabs. Overall, very satisfied and customer service were very helpful.”
