“I’ve had a very positive purchase from Paving Superstore. Ordered for a very good price and my slabs arrived on the day selected, although they didn’t arrive until early evening (18:15). When my landscapers opened the pallets they found that 6 of the slabs had been cracked very badly, luckily I’d over ordered on sq meters so it wasn’t a problem. I sent photos through showing the cracked slabs and paving superstore refunded me the cost of the 6 slabs. Overall, very satisfied and customer service were very helpful.”

“Easy to order. Good selection of products. Prices for delivery are reasonable. Only criticism is I didn't get a dispatch email and the order just arrived, luckily I was home to recieve it. Would shop here again next time”

When placing my order I called the customer service to get some advice on what colour to choose and the staff member I spoke to was so helpful and helped me decide what I wanted to fit into my current setup. The prices were great too, very affordable for what I needed and everything turned up within the expected window”
