“Good choice of products, I have ordered lovely modak rose sandstone from them. Online ordering process doesn't give an option to choose weekend (Sat) delivery - this is however available at extra cost, I found this out when I called them slightly desperate to receive my order before the spell of sunny weather comes to an end. Wish I knew this was possible right from the start. It all worked out well for me, I ordered online on Mon and got my sandstone delivered on Sat. Good comms and will use them again if need arises.”

“Great customer service, the paving I wanted was not in stock so advised of suitable alternatives. Arrived within 9 days as promised. Helpful delivery driver. A few of the paving slabs had cracks or chips (10%) but they are a natural product and the slightly imperfect ones will be used under the shed.”

“Ordering process was easy but after that, it felt disorganised. Total disconnect between them and their delivery company, had to make multiple calls to them both and in the end delivery came much later than it should, even allowing for Covid”

“We ordered £190 of sett type stones, however when the stones arrived the were not the colour viewed on their website. We contacted the company and requested that they uplift the stones. We have just received an email from them stating that the cost of uplift will be £110.00. £110.00 uplift cost on a purchase of £190.00 absolutely ridiculous! You have been warned, do not use this company, I have an appointment with Trading Standards tomorrow afternoon.”

As stated at the time, the colour was correct so if you then decided you did not like what you had ordered you were welcome to return them - however they were correct the return cost would be for you to pay.

“The paving set was just what we wanted. Unfortunately the pallet on which it was shipped had collapsed and the delivery company had to decant the slabs onto two smaller pallets. When I unpacked the slabs one was broken. However the Paving Superstore dealt with this in a friendly and professional way so I ended up happy”

“Apart from an error with my online payment, which was handled promptly and once sorted everything on my order progressed speedily. Unfortunately the tiles were out of stock and awaiting delivery but would take 14-21 days but Paving Superstore managed to get them in under 10 days. Excellent Service, Attention and Notification”

“Easy to order with enough stock for my project, kept upto date with delivery date of limestone pavers, the delivery driver was very accommodating and after unpacking 3 ton of mixed sizes only 4 had broken in transit which can be used for the cut-out pieces, very pleased with the riven finish just waiting for a day of nice weather to seal them.”

“We ordered the 100cm fire pit (almost £50 cheaper than other stockists for the same one which is a big positive) and expected to wait 8-10 weeks for delivery as noted on the website. However, it was with us within 2 weeks. A nice surprise. Although there was only a little packaging around the rim and the base (which we thought was a bit cavalier) the fire pit is heavy duty so hadn't taken any knocks. Looks wise it is stunning. Very heavy and well made. We have placed it in position and it looks fabulous. Simple but stylish. Really looking forward to using it this weekend. We are very pleased. Thank you Paving Superstore.”
