“Terrible Service – Rude and Unprofessional Absolutely shocking experience. I ordered a part with next-day delivery, only to wait three weeks for it to arrive—only to receive the wrong, broken part! When I contacted them, instead of taking responsibility, I was met with rude and dismissive behavior. Even worse, they had the audacity to blame the issue on my skin color, which is completely unacceptable and beyond disgraceful. They never even knew what part I needed in the first place! Avoid this place at all costs unless you want to deal with incompetence, delays, and outright disrespect.”

“Enquired for a bonnet release cable for my saab 9-3 (2010) had a massive issue sourcing new one, but found parts gateway and was supplied a very good condition salvaged one. My car now has a fully functional bonnet and very happy thanks to the efforts of my mechanic and some magiver tactics to release the double release points. Part arrived securely and rapidly too - would highly recommend you to anyone else, part arrived within 2 days”
