“I was really happy with service and the cost of my part, however said 2 -3 days delivery that turned in 6 which had a knock on effect as I had a car in bits waiting on your delivery but having said that the part was decent and described well just a shame on the delivery”

“Bought an a/c compressor which turned out to be a piece of junk and not the item that was on sale. PartsGateway agreed to take the return for a refund but despite returning and proof of delivery they have refuesed to refund and have ghosted me.”

“i had a problem with a front wheel of a 2013 mercedes coupe which needed replacing. parts bateway quoted me a good price and after confirming by photo it was correct prompyly sent me the correct wheel with a good tyre on. i am very pleased and will use them again if needed and can highly recommend them”
