“Be careful who you order from, some providers have unreasonable terms and conditions regarding returns. I bought a part, hoping to cut costs, that all of the local mechanics refused to use. Even those who couldn't do the job said that they wouldn't use the part I sourced. They are unable to provide any warranty and guarantees for their work, so they wouldn't use it and the provider refused to take it back. I had the part for one day before trying to return it. Good idea\service, let down by an unreasonable provider, in this case. Paul”

“The fuel injector was supplied as described in used condition, and was installed and is operating well. i also asked for a retaining clip which appeared overpriced to me, and I asked via the contact number for a reduction. I received a reduction from £25 to £20. This is still overpriced, but I proceeded and paid via a secure site. The clip has not yet arrived, but I received a message that it had been posted.”

“The part fitted ok but appeared to be damaged. missing a lower bolt flange prior to fed patch. There was little to no communication on dispatch and tracking aeven when contacted. Of the two issues the delay in delivery was the most aggravating. But for the price the part got me back on the road.”
