“I successfully obtained the part I required on the second occasion. Despite providing the registration of my vehicle and the actual part number I initially received the wrong part. So I think there needs to be some review of the sourcing process to enable both customer and supplier to manage expectations from the outset. In my case I was pleased to receive a refund on the erroneous initial part and impressed with communication from the second supplier to ultimately get the part I needed but I think this could easily have been a different story”

“I ordered a part from Ultimate Styling. By the time I received a reply to say the part was not suitable for my vehicle I had already ordered it. I did send a message apologising and saying I would send it straight back. Unfortunately my husband was taken into hospital with a heart problem. I have tried ringing and left a message and I have submitted an on line query about sending the item back. No response. Even if they don't want to return my money I would rather send the item back as it could be just what someone else is looking for. Very disappointed.”
