“Parts Gateway helped source the part easily, and general customer service via Prestige Allparts was swift and professional. The challenge arose in the delivery of the part where the original scheduled delivery time was not met and subsequently took another two days until the part was received. Not sure exactly why the issue arose. However, the delivery communications and service should be improved for seamless service.”

“Went onto the website, searched for a Transit Custom O/S Wiper Arm.................got a few offers and picked one in Peterborugh. Paid for it and arrived within 48hrs. Great service and i guess the collaboration between the systems to get the info for each part needs to be kept up to date so plenty of back end service work which the customer doesnt see............... totally recommend PartsGateway for any breaking parts............thanks folks!”
