“Got a quotation for a BMW X1 headlamp paid the first supplier only to ring me telling me that it is the wrong part and they refunded the money .Paid another supplier for the same part , which they had promised next day delivery only after 2 days they refunded the money without telling me the reason.”

“Be careful who you order from, some providers have unreasonable terms and conditions regarding returns. I bought a part, hoping to cut costs, that all of the local mechanics refused to use. Even those who couldn't do the job said that they wouldn't use the part I sourced. They are unable to provide any warranty and guarantees for their work, so they wouldn't use it and the provider refused to take it back. I had the part for one day before trying to return it. Good idea\service, let down by an unreasonable provider, in this case. Paul”
