“The fuel injector was supplied as described in used condition, and was installed and is operating well. i also asked for a retaining clip which appeared overpriced to me, and I asked via the contact number for a reduction. I received a reduction from £25 to £20. This is still overpriced, but I proceeded and paid via a secure site. The clip has not yet arrived, but I received a message that it had been posted.”

“Needed a part that is no longer manufactured and very hard (impossible) to get hold of new. Got a response and a quote within minutes. The particular supplier was very helpful and was happy to talk my servicing garage to confirm that is was the correct part. Very quickly dispatched when it was confirmed that it was.”

“Have had problems in the past ordering bits for our pick-up so was a little apprehensive when ordering. The part turned up and was exactly as described, and fitted the truck perfectly. I would definiteley recommend using them and will not hesitate to use tehm again in the future.”

“The part fitted ok but appeared to be damaged. missing a lower bolt flange prior to fed patch. There was little to no communication on dispatch and tracking aeven when contacted. Of the two issues the delay in delivery was the most aggravating. But for the price the part got me back on the road.”

“I ordered OSR tail light for my van £50. I was sent a near side tail light and now I'm stuck with the wrong part as it will cost me £13.60 to post the item back to Inta part who supplied the part.Inrapart are refusing to pay the postage. I can only assume the wrong part was ordered from Partsgateway to Intapart. I have an email asking for a review which clearly states I ordered OSR tail light.”

“The process of listing a request for a part was simple and I would use this service again, the quotes were good - all info required to make a decision. However the company I purchased from was a disaster. Incorrect information. Doubled the delivery cost, quoted 2-3 days for delivery and then sent it on 4 day economy service.....”
