“It’s been more than 10 days I purchased the part. I haven’t received my order yet, contacted the DHL, they said they haven’t received the parcel yet. Worst experience ever.”

“Ordered a door, 5 hours after I received despatched email breakers phoned saying the door was damaged, it hadn't been despatched, sent photos of door and clearly not the door that had been listed on advertisement, received refund no problem but set us back a few days”

“7 days and still not received the gearbox despite 3 phone calls to the supplier, will be contacting Pay Pal for a refund or Barclaycard for an investigation query . !!! Now 2 weeks and fobbed off again, Taking steps to recover the payment which will include a CCJ application against Fords4U Ltd .”
