“Very efficient website showing all angles of the part I was searching for made easy by just typing in my registration number, so no mistakes. Delivery was quicker than expected.”

“I found a supplier for the part I needed very quickly. I had a little difficulty in making payment because I did not want to use PayPal. the part did not arrive when expected and I discovered when phoning the supplier that it was not yet shipped. Once shipped it arrived very quickly and was well packed in perfect condition.”

“A good service but there is a tendency for the suppliers to ask ecxcessive amounts for what are usually USED parts. Often they ask more than the same items can be bought new !!!”

“Required 2 rear headrests for my sisters Vauxhall Mokka X. Quote came through very quickly, £49.90. Rang Vaux Parts UK Ltd as I needed 2 and assumed they had quoted me for one. No, lovely guy at the end of the phone said that was the price for the pair. Impressed. Even more impressed when they arrived the next day. Fitted perfectly matching the interior colour. Thank you”

“So I was searching for tail light lens or whole unit, for the n/s, for my Saab 9-3, registered in 2002. I tried various places, but unfortunately none of these, had the correct part in stock. Some places did have it, but were charging way over what i was budgeting for. I was getting a little frustrated, as the car had been off the road for just over 2 weeks. I was even in the mind frame to scrap the car! But eventually, PartsGateway Ltd came to the rescue!! I submitted a parts request with them, and very quickly, they got back to me, stating the part was in stock. Success!! It was at a good reasonable price, within my budget. Which i was very pleased about. I duly ordered the part, and within 24 hours, it was delivered, to my residence. I was very pleased with the way the unit had been carefully wrapped, with extra layers of paper and bubble wrapping, ensuring the part was secure. I was advised by PartsGateway, to check the item on arrival, for any damage. No damage to report. Part took 10 mins to fit. Result!! So verypleased with the service I received, from PartsGateway. And I would not hesitate to use them in the future.”

“Ordered a door, 5 hours after I received despatched email breakers phoned saying the door was damaged, it hadn't been despatched, sent photos of door and clearly not the door that had been listed on advertisement, received refund no problem but set us back a few days”
