“OSF part ordered. NSF part received. Sorted by parts company but caused further unnecessary delay when needed car back on the road. No issues or complaints with the process of finding parts itself.”

“Ordered a driver's door lock mechanism for a Ford Fiesta Mk5 as the micro switch in mine was setting off the door open alarm. Part arrived on time from Fedex and I have fitted it to the door. All quiet again now so very pleased.”

“Brought a gearbox from a seller which was incomplete and missing the gear selector. When I brought this up with the seller, they wasn’t really interested. I was basically told to use the gear selector from my current gearbox box. The way the seller reacted and there lack of communication after, makes me very sceptical about the 90 day warranty!”
