“I bought two bonnet struts to replace the one's that were no longer working to hold up the boot of my v old VW polo. The parts were 2nd hand but competatively priced, the seller assured me they would fit my car (and they did) and the parts came quickly (within a few days) after payment. 5 star seller.”

“I ordered my parts and the price was not too bad but I ordered it because I needed it .It didn't come so I inquired by phone and was told that they didn't know which website I had ordered it on and told the girl that was dealing with it was out but would be back in 10-15 minutes and would phone me back but didn't so waited over a hour and phoned again nobody picked the phone up so waited another hour and tried again. Still no answer so sent a message a couple of days later said it had been dispatched to cut a long story short it took over three weeks to arrive by that time my Mot had run out and I haven't seen the package yet as away on holiday so pick the bones out of that ! The only thing I can say I was desperate for the part they weren't.?”
