“First company took £40 from my CC through PayPal and refunded it later that day which meant I had to replace the following day which meant another day I was without my car, however the replacement item supplied was spot on and delivery was well within time quoted”

“The part was not a perfect match as it was dark grey. Whilst it fits a Volvo 960, it did not match the design of the original part, so I was misled that it was a 960 mirror. It was reasonably tidy and a clean mirror glass, so it replaces the broken one adequately.”

“I have ordered 2 parts over PartsGateway (3 orders) and the result was great in 2 cases, in the case of the 2nd part ordered there was an error and the part was not actually available, but once I got in touch a refund was swift. I'm glad I tried again as I got the part swiftly the next time and it worked fine.”

“Excellent website. Sourced 6 options for me of a replacement part - all possibilities but one was ideal and a perfect match. Paid my money and I received the part with 36 hours. I was asked to check on receipt for any damage and only sign if I was happy with the part. Would highly recommend.”
