“Part great. Had I realised when ordering I was expected to be in to receive the goods and certify they were not damaged I would have purchased from another organisation. Luckily I was in and able to complete the checking process. However, will not buy from you again!”

“I will start by saying I would definitely use PartsGateway again. This order was a challenge though. They told me they had an exact fit for a wing mirror (and it did look very similar) but it wasn’t the right part. However when I called them they realised their error and they refunded the mirror cost and the return postage. They have done all that was asked of them to sort out the error.”

“Very good service. Easy to use the website. There is also a section were you can write exactly what you think you need. I've been using this service for years for my husband. I know nothing about cars but the website is set out for people like me. On average I would get 3 quotes, giving you a variety of choice. Also the companies ParkGateway use are very professional. On one occasion I was sent a faulty part, other issues meant I did not contact the company for about a month. They asked me to return the part and in days my full payment was sent to my bank account.”

“Very poor customer service waiting up to half hour and somebody in a different department states I am on my own in the office which my enquires were on another computer. .also waiting up to another week for the order to arrive. No estimated time is given when it arrives at its destination times should be given on time arrival which should be clear apart from item despatched. Not got”
