“I ordered my parts and the price was not too bad but I ordered it because I needed it .It didn't come so I inquired by phone and was told that they didn't know which website I had ordered it on and told the girl that was dealing with it was out but would be back in 10-15 minutes and would phone me back but didn't so waited over a hour and phoned again nobody picked the phone up so waited another hour and tried again. Still no answer so sent a message a couple of days later said it had been dispatched to cut a long story short it took over three weeks to arrive by that time my Mot had run out and I haven't seen the package yet as away on holiday so pick the bones out of that ! The only thing I can say I was desperate for the part they weren't.?”

“(1) I received the part 12 days after the payment was made despite repeated requests on the phone. (2) They sent me the wrong fake part and not the original part they promised and paid for. This part does not fit. (3) They asked me to send a photo of the fake part which does not fit. I sent the image of the fake part which does not fit, to NAV on 19.08.2025 as they had requested but so far NAV has not bothered to read my text on his phone. I phone again and spoke to Bilal and asked him if I could return. He said that I have to pay the return postage but before returning send image to NAV and seek his permission otherwise I will not get the refund. If I return the part without their permission, they will keep the part and will not give me the refund and also I will lose additional £8 on reurn postage. This is a day time robbery. Thank you Shahid Sheikh”
