“I needed a part for my car faster than my mum texts back — and PartsGateway delivered! Within minutes, I had offers rolling in like I was on Dragon’s Den, but for exhaust pipes. The part arrived quickly, fit perfectly, and didn’t require me to sell a kidney to afford it. Customer service? Brilliant — helpful, friendly, and not once did they make me feel like a confused amateur (even though I 100% am). Highly recommend! They made fixing my car feel less like a chore and more like a mission... successfully completed.”

“Naz Motors Ltd responded to my advert looking for silver front wings for a car. Purchase was straightforward. However, they sent dark blue colour wings. Phoned them, they admitted it was their mistake and assured me they did have the silver ones in stock. They advised their driver would collect wrong ones when delivering the correct ones the following Monday. No one turned up. Contacted them again and was told they would use DHL who would come on Wednesday to collect & deliver. Cleared my diary, waited in all day, but no one came. Phoned Naz Motors Ltd who said leave it with them but wouldn't provide a tracking number. None of my messages have been answered and they have not contacted me once. I have had to chase them by phone on 4 occasions. They've had more than a fair chance to put things right, but haven't even had the courtesy to call me. I have started a resolution process on PayPal now. Extremely disappointed and let down by Naz Motors Ltd. Very poor show indeed. So now we wait and see if PayPal can sort this out. I certainly will not be recommending this company and would advise to avoid given their unprofessional conduct.”
