“My order of a magnolia from Paramount experienced a succession of problems: 1. The initial delivery time could not be met but was delayed about 10 days. 2. Paramount were unable to give an 3stimated time of delivery, even on the morning of the delivery day. 3. The tree on arrival was horrendously pot bound. However, on reporting these issues to Paramount they did seem genuinely concerned to improve for the future.”

“Was really impressed with Paramount. I received good and reasonable advice prior to ordering, The tress arrived promptly in healthy condition and are in a seem fine. It was all very easy and simple and I would definitely use Paramount again.”

“I bought a Himalayan honeysuckle 100-120cm. Paramount Plants sells it taller than those available in other retailers. Although the plant didn't have a very good aspect on arrival due to a transportation problem, communications with Peter have resolved the issue to my satisfaction in a friendly and efficient way. The plant has survived its ordeal and appears to be thriving.”

“We have been let down ordering from a different online company in the past, so ordering online again was a risk for us. Paramount Plants however, did not disappoint. From sale to delivery the customer care, regular contact and updates with useful information, has been second to none. The delivery drivers were super friendly and efficient. I will definitely be ordering from Paramount again. Thank you.”

“WOW I wasn't expecting that, much larger than I expected, grate. A very healthy and beautiful looking plant, now my pride and joy, grate. Delivery was A breeze, I thought about picking it up, very glad I didn't, great. Very very pleased I brought from Paramount Plants. Called customer service what A change nice knowledgeable staff that were actually helpful. 5 stars every day of the year Great stuff. Best wishes Alf Wilson”

“Delighted with our purchase of 50 yew hedging plants. We were a bit apprehensive ordering such a large quantity costing nearly 1500 pounds (which is a lot of money for us) but we needn't have worried. Plants are superb and our young hedge looks fantastic. Ordering and delivery excellent. We will definitely be ordering from you again.”
