“Plants were much smaller than expected and very expensive for the size. I saw the same plant for sale in Sainsburys, it was nearly twice the size and a third of the price!”

“The 2 x Dicksonia Antarctica we’re very expensive and arrived looking very sad. Lots of brown fronds. I assumed you would supply healthy green plants. My client is very unhappy.”

“I ordered 4, regular sized bags of compost. These were delivered today on PALLET. Buyer Beware. If you order compost from this company it will be delivered on a full size palette which you will have to dispose of as the delivery company would not take it.”

“Ordered 2 shrubs which were advertised as coming at height about 80 to 100 cm. On arrival one was over 2 metres tall and looked dreadful like it had been dug up from an abandoned railway line somewhere. We contacted paramount and they just said if we pruned it it would be ok. Rubbish. It’s going to end up in the compost heap. The second shrub didn’t look as bad to start but after a month it is now looking almost dead. We have ordered plants from lots of on line shops and these are the worst by far. Would not recommend and will not use again.”

“Very disappointed with the way the item was packaged considering that I had to pay 10 pounds to have it delivered I would have expected a decent pot ,not an old tatty. second hand broken pot & a bin bag in a cheep cardboard box. Plus no instruction as to how to plant and care for the plant.this was not how I expected this plant to arrive & it is the first time I have received a shrub or any plants from any company I have ever used before. I am not too happy”

“Ordered 2 mature pots, not as described. I thought there would be one plant per pot but instead 3 plants grown around a wire basket. As I needed to plant them into a trellis planter it took me 5 hours to dismantle one of the pots from the wire basket frame. Plants also not in great condition, only one of the pots had flowers, yellow leaves, distressed plants. I paid extra for a tall mature plants, however the height was forced to grow back down the length of the baskets which meant I lost a lot of the height whilst untangling from the heavy wire. Not what I expected for the money. I have yet to pot on the other, not looking forward to spending another 5 hours and having to wrestle cutting through wire basket. Disappointed.”

“VERY DISAPPOINTED . I ordered 2.5 knowing that was the size we could manage. The tree you sent is at least 4 which was very difficult to manage with such a thin trunk. We put in a stake but the tree just about bends double in a not very strong wind, don't think it will last much longer----very expensive mistake. I am 84--not 100per cent fit ---very Disappointed”

“It has been almost a month since I placed my order and still no tracking number yet for my delivery, which has not been dispatched despite the company confirming that they have the plants in stock. Poor customer service, do not expect get a response in a timely fashion. I will not be ordering from them again! Very poor service... who knows when my plans will arrive!”
