“This was the first time I have purchased from Paramount Plants, and I'm very pleased with the service I received. The amelanchier was in fabulous condition when it arrived, and it was in robust packaging. Also, I think I got great value as the plant was large and well-established, and I didn't spend a fortune! The only reason for 4 and not 5 stars is that I had to wait several weeks for delivery, whereas I'm used to only a few days' wait with other plant sales companies.”

“Plants are very big which is good However quite a few branches were damaged and bare which was a shame to see Hope fully they will come back healthy”

“We found Paramount Plants via an Internet search for large Acers, we visited the Enfield site with a list and most were there. Kevin was an excellent host. Delivery cost was very fair to be honest and dropped at the kerb. Only slight disappointment - not all the plants on the website are at Enfield. Happy to recommend.”

“Nice plants, stems as promised, framework strong and tidy. Size of the branches on the pleached frame a little disappointing, in some cases they only stretch to half the size of the framework.”

“The cer arrived in lovely condition, it was autumn so leaves had dropped so will see more of it next year. Great shape and size too. Delivery takes a while which I feel is the only downside if you want something quickly.”

“I initially had a problem with completing the order on the website. When I pointed out the problem the staff were really helpful and that was soon sorted. Delivery took a while and then I had to delay by two weeks but, when the trees arrived, the driver was very good in helping myself and my colleague get the trees up a few tricky steps. An awkward location to deliver to which was managed successfully.”

“Great service apart from the delivery time - took longer than stated and meant that we had to rush to plant trees the day before going on holiday! Apart from that the customer service and advice was good, delivery person polite and helpful, trees arrived in a good condition. Would definately recommend, just be mindful of long delivery wait time.”

“I had beeen unable to track down a Manuka plant elsewhere and so tried Paramount Plants for the first time when I found they had some in stock. Ordering process was easy and the plant arrived within time scale given. The cardboard box that it arrived in was a bit battered and torn at corners but the plant itself was not damaged. It was very dry but after a good watering and time outside it recovered and am very pleased with it.”
