“What a lovely experience this has been. From the very onset you have kept me informed of our order and answered some queries along. The ability to delay the delivery of our order was fantastic as it gave us ( the landscapers) sufficient time to prepare the garden. Delivery was on time and the trees and shrubs have settled well into their new surrounding. Thank you very much.”

“I was very glad to find Paramount (online) as being apparently the only nursery able to provide the plants I wanted as fully grown as I wanted. Excellent service. My emails were responded to promptly, courteously, informatively, helpfully. Delivery as promised (date and time).”

“My order for 2 Kolkwitzia amabilis plants was easily placed online, there was a short delay while the nursery waited for delivery of the plants from the grower, delivery was then promptly made and the plants arrived in excellent condition.”

“Very good experience , despite a delay in delivering the plants I have been very satisfied with the way it was handled as I was kept informed as to why this happened . In the end the delivery went very well and I was very satisfied with the quality of the plants .”

“I was very happy with the hedging from Paramount Plants and the bushes and trees are doing well. I had to defer delivery as I was going away and I was able to speak to someone at Paramount Plants and they arranged that. Delivery on a pallet worked fine.”

“Delivery was offered earlier than expected which was a nice bonus!. Delivery was to curb side only. Had to use own trolley to move tree approx 8ft up alley where it could be stored safely. Delivery driver not very talkative or welcoming, just very matter of fact, not a lot of interaction. On the plus side the tree appears to be a lovely healthy specimen. We have planted our cherry laurel and it appears to be doing fine. Good value for money!”

“Delivery was a bit delayed as sourcing of a particular plant proved difficult. Kudos to the paramount team for keeping me updated throughout. That was amazing. The plants arrived in very good condition on the day stipulated. I would not hesitate to highly recommend paramount. Thank you for a great service all around. Margit *****”

“Bamboo was bushy and arrived safely, and the driver was very helpful. However, I was very disappointed that the bamboo height overall was only 160 cm, apart from only 3 very thin shoots, that took it to 178 cm. At this price, I expected at least 175 cm overall - the minimum quoted by you. Pics with measuring tape available!”

Thanks very much for your feedback and we are so sorry to hear about the bamboo wasn't bushy. We do send in our deliveries and feedback emails a request that a photo is sent to us within 3 days of delivery of any damaged or unacceptable plants in order that we can give further advice (in the rare circumstance of any issue ) . We do not appear to have received a photo yet so I will ask our customer services to contact you to discuss this issue with you. “Fantastic company. Always willing to help and advise not only with regard to plant choice but also on delivery needs. Even supplied potted plants in place of rootball at no extra cost! The plants supplied were the best quality specimens. All in all, exemplary.”

“A good experience but it would be more helpful if you could say am or pm delivery instead of waiting in all day . Other companies manage this .”

Thanks so much for taking your time to review our service. Your delivery was made by our trusted couriers (due to your distance from us). We arrange hundreds of deliveries each week and if sent by couriers they base the cost of delivery on an 8am-6pm timeslot for delivery. The couriers do sometimes have an option to give an AM or PM delivery which is a service we can offer upon request (at extra cost) but this is not always possible to all postcodes so this is not possible to advertise online. Or the couriers will also deliver in your absence if you confirm this is acceptable. From our emails I can see my colleague discussed the delivery day ( and advised the timing of 8am-6pm with you ) and booked the date requested by you confirming 8am-6pm which he understood was acceptable to you. I apologise if there was any misunderstanding as he understood the date/timing was acceptable. We appreciate these courier timings are a little inflexible and we are always working on better options for our customers but our main concern is getting the best couriers to deliver the plants safely and efficiently and these particular couriers are the best option for the most efficient service.
