“I’ve used this company a few times and their customer service is always very good. With this order I did have an issue where the tree snapped through the middle, which was quite unusual as trees would normally just blow over, it may have been related to the supporting cane. Paramount Plants offered a replacement straight away without any hesitation, which is excellent customer service. Highly recommended! 🙂 The attached picture is of the other lovely tree they supplied.”

“Whats not to like? Good price, great service and quality product.Came earlier than expected in good condition with excellent supprt. We planted 7 pleached hornbeam trees to cover a neighbours unsightly extension, they have been planted for 6 weeks and are growing really well.”

“I received my lovely rhododendron which was covered in buds. The service was excellent and efficient and I was kept informed about the delivery time. When my plant arrived it was beautufully packed and not one bud has been dislodged. Since my delivery I have been contacted about watering the plant correctly, which was helpful. A wonderful service.”

“We ordered a very large Annabelle Strong Hydrangea for my Mums 93 birthday. She wanted a large good plant to give us the best chance of great blooms this summer since she is very poorly. The team made sure it was delivered before her birthday and chose a strong healthy specimen for us. Thank you. X”

“It was the first time we used Paramount plants for our mature tree purchase. The photos on the website looked really good with descriptions so we could matched what we needed. Heplful staff made the ordering easy and the tree was delivered on time as promised. Once planted, the tree started budding within days. Very pleased with the Prunus Subhirtella Autumnalis Rosea. The follow up emails are hepful too. Many thanks.”
