“The team at Paramount were brilliant from start to finish. I ordered seven pleached trees, and they arrived in excellent condition, looking healthy and well cared for. I needed to delay the delivery, and the team at Paramount arranged this straight away without any issues. I’m extremely pleased with the service and quality, and I’ll definitely be looking to purchase more trees from Paramount in the future. Highly recommended!”

“I found Paramount Plants to be incredibly helpful and professional. I was directed to email customer service when the plants I wanted were out of stock online. I had a reply email from Charlie explaining the team had gone home but he would check and contact me first thing in the morning. The plants were secured and Charlie kept his word and emailed the next day. From purchase to delivery I was notified at every stage. The guys delivering were very polite and the plants themselves are fantastic. I will use Paramount Plants again! Thankyou”

“Excellent experience with Paramount trees. I was looking for two reasonably mature trees for my garden. I was given helpful advice by the sales team and the ordering process was staightforward. Paramount were able to advise a two hour window for delivery so I was able to get them planted immediately on arrival. They were in good condition when I got them and so far are doing well in the garden.”

“I bought two Trachelospermum Jasminoides Variegatum, 10L pots. The height on the web was 80-100cm, but the plants were actually taller, 1.3m, in very good health, with dense branches full of leaves. Also, they came wonderfully packaged. I am so pleased with my climbers. Thank you so much!”

“Nine years of multiple tree orders and all delivered in an orderly manner only one order was there a slight error in that a similar tree but not the exact type I ordered was delivered. They promptly delivered the correct tree this and the above must warrant 5 stars .”
