My order of a magnolia from Paramount experienced a succession of problems:
1. The initial delivery time could not be met but was delayed about 10 days.
2. Paramount were unable to give an 3stimated time of delivery, even on the morning of the delivery day.
3. The tree on arrival was horrendously pot bound.
However, on reporting these issues to Paramount they did seem genuinely concerned to improve for the future.
