“Bought a feiijoa from Paramount Plants. I had to wait a little while for it but it was worth the wait. Lovely shrub. Healthy and packed particularly well. Cannot fault the quality but the delivery charge was a little steep.”

“I ordered a mature wisteria and it's lovely. Even in a pandemic where delivery times are they delayed I was kept-to-date on delivery times and ultimately didn't have to wait that long. I highly recommend.”

“Tree seems fine, but was disappointed with delivery process after order Paid £98 for delivery which was a lot more expensive than other places but delivery stated 10 days After purchess we was informed it can take longer, ended up been 20 days, only time we got updates was after we emailed and asked Seems once we had paid the customer service ended”

“Although there was a delay from the nursery I was kept informed of progress throughout and when the plant arrived it looked good and appeared healthy. I hope that it will grow well when I plant it out in a few weeks time. I will buy from Paramount again and would recommend their service.”

“In a pandemic where everybody shifts to ordering online what you need is a retailer who honestly communicates and delivers what they say, at the point of ordering/taking your money. Paramount did just this and I’m very grateful and happy to have discovered a reliable online retailer (as still waiting for Suttons order, 5 weeks and counting) - thank you, Will definitely use again.”

“This is my first time buying plants online as I usually go to nursery to pick it up so I can check the trees properly. With covid 19 situation, there's no way I can go out to get trees that I want. I found Paramount Plant website online and based on price, reviews and availability I ordered few leylandi trees for my garden. To my surprise, the trees was so big, healthy, very green, and arrived on the day as they said it will be delivered. The delivery man put my trees carefully on the side of my house (thank you for that!) and I had a good experience communicating with the customer service (because I added one more order to my existing one). I will definitely buy more trees from Paramount Plant and will recommend it to friends and family to get trees from them. Thanks!”

“On 21st May we took delivery of the 12 x Campanula and at 11.25 per plant they were an absolute rip off, such weedy speciments. I can report that half are now dead. I will not use these people ever again.”
