“I order 2 star Jasmine tree for my back garden through this lock down days. Delivery was quick. Tree were very well wrapped in a strong box. When I opened it there was a instructions how to care the plants. Tree looks very healthy and beautiful I was very happy with my jasmine. I felt this company do a good costumer after service too forexample If I have any question I feel I can contact them and they will be happy to assist me . I bought quite few trees and plants on line these days but many company doesnt give you this feeling. And its very lovely wen you find one who really seems care their tree and costumer! Thank you so much for beautiful Jasmine tree!I will order more from this company again”

“I was very disappointed with the quality of the salvia hot lips that I ordered for my mother’s birthday. Very brown and woody and not much growth on them. I appreciate that with a bit of love and attention, my mother might be able to regenerate them for next year but it’s not what I expected from any nursery, especially for the price ~ neither did the example photo on the website bear any resemblance to the sent items. Service when ordering was great and arrived on her birthday as requested ( albeit only the agapanthus arrived in morning and after emailing you (didn’t get a meaningful response other than someone “would check”, the salvia arrived early evening) but product let you down ~ would not order again from you I’m afraid.”

“Ordered 2 packs of Westland gro- sure slow release fertiliser which finally arrived after a long delay & a couple of chase ups. Understandable to some degree, but not happy that I was charged delivery for each item, which were sent in one box by carrier. Feels like profiteering to me.”

“Its nuts, I wanted free delivery so I kept adding plants into my basket but everytime I did the delivery charge went up! There should be an amount where you get free delivery. In the end I just went for the one item as there was no incentive to order more. However I have plants before from Paramount and they were excellent.”
