“Order was delivered very quickly and transferred carefully to our driveway. The palm is in great condition and we are very pleased with it. It is also even taller than we had hoped for.”

“Thrilled with my recent purchase. Paramount are excellent in keeping their customers informed. My tree arrived when it was expected and was in beautiful condition. It was bigger than I expected! Lots of useful planting info included. Very happy.”

“When the plant arrived it had suffered some damage in transit (broken stems etc.) however it still looked pretty good after trimming it up and everything else I have ordered from Paramount has been really fantastic...a small blip and probably due to the couriers. Will still be buying from Paramount in future.”

“I was contacted to say the tree I ordered wasn’t in stock and would I like to choose a replacement. Bit disappointed as the reason I ordered was because I wanted this particular variety. Anyway, I chose a replacement, which has now arrived, along with another one I ordered. The tree was extremely healthy and well grown. I really liked the fact that it came with no packaging, apart from the pallet they were on. Communication was good in all respects, and although initially disappointed, the general experience was a good one.”

“Excellent service and excellent quality plants. I have ordered from several companies during lockdown and quality has been awful, but paramount were the opposite. Prompt delivery and quality and health of the laurels we ordered was excellent. Have already recommended to friends and family!”

“I am very pleased with the New Dawn climbing rose I ordered. It is very healthy, has 4 or 5 long stems, several flower buds and is already about 6 ft tall. It was packaged extremely well - tied to a wooden platform so it didn't fall during transit. Perfect for our archway.”
