“I did not order any plants but I did order an insecticide called 'XenTari ' which I found very effective in the past against box Caterpillar. It came in a tiny Box which would easily fit through a regular letter box. I was amazed to be charged so much for delivery £9.99 and did question this at the time. I was answered by email and told that I could come and pick it up instead. A silly answer considering we were in the middle of lock down and you are closed to the public and about 10 miles away. When it arrived It came in an enormous cardboard box at least 10 times the size of the packaged product and was delivered by road. I use this product XenTari because it is kind to the environment, therefore I don't mind that it is an expensive product but to pay such a large amount for a non ecological delivery service is counter productive so I will not be using your company again.”

“2 weeks ago I’d never heard of Paramount Plants. Today (07 May 2020) they are now my ‘go to’ online supplier of garden plants. From placing the order, right through to delivery, the process was seamless and best of all their products were of the highest quality. I’m confident I’m one of many very happy customers.”

“Excellent service from the company. They went the extra mile to ensure I received substitute plants when my original order couldn't be fulfilled. Delivery probably slightly longer than normal because of Covid but Karen kept me in the loop. Plants arrived safe and sound and of excellent quality. Will def use this company again. Very impressed.”

“Excellent Professional Service from beginning to end. Paramount Plants took such care in helping me find the right plants for the job. I went into great detail to describe what I needed and they came upon trumps!! Fabulous healthy screening plants! Thank you for it a great gardening experience!! “As we are in lockdown, I took a chance by ordering two trees online. I did my research, as to what I wanted and took the plunge with Paramount. The service was excellent and they kept me informed regards delivery. The trees turned up in good condition, along with advice to keep them healthy.”
