I could have purchased this plant for a fourth of the price, this was one of two plants I purchased which were of poor quality.
I was emailed by a customer service rep following my email of complaint and offered a nominal amount voucher to spend on line.
I have now tried to contact Paramount plants on several occasions to query this offer as unacceptable - I would expect one of the plants at least to be refunded given the poor quality, least to say I have had no response to my chase emails over several days!
