“Overall very please. Communication could have been a little better, ie confirming when the plant would be sent and advising tracking number / company sooner. However, good service overall and a lovely healthy plant.”

“The tree looks healthy. But the delivery wasn't what we expected. It was left laying down at the front of our house! I know it said kerbside delivery but really?!”

“Lovely bushy specimen but sadly three branches had been snapped in transit. It’s a lax shrub but enough care wasn’t taken in packing/ transit.”

“My order arrived damaged, one shrub broken and box damaged but this was due to delivery company. The damaged plant was not the one ordered and after emailing customer services it was promptly exchanged for the correct plant. Both shrubs are the quality and size I expected, overall happy with service.”

“Tree arrived on time. Driver very helpful and carried it down the garden. There were a couple of holey leaves and although still there, it has grown. I would have liked more information about watering. Please see photo day of delivery and today.”

“The hydrangea I ordered is a good size and well shaped. Delivery timing as predicted. I would give 5 stars if Paramount switched to using peat-free compost! Peat takes 1000s of years to form and stores more carbon than rainforest, yet we’re digging it up for gardening.”
