Ordered laurel tree. Service and delivery were good and tree is doing well.
However, reason for not five stars is that at the point of sale I was offered 'soil improver for trees' for £3.99, and I thought why not. But the sachet was tiny and specifically said on it 'Not for laurels' so I was a bit miffed, as £4 wasted.
