“I ordered a large cherry blossom tree after carefully browsing the webpage and speaking to customer services who were very helpful. I was kept updated with the delivery information, the tree arrived in good condition with a rootball ready for planting. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because of the abruptness to the point of rudeness of the delivery man who refused to leave the tree in my external passageway instead of on my drive. I appreciate they are required to drop off by the curb, however, this is not safe or helpful.”

“Plant arrived on time and as described. I was initially a bit worried about ordering a tree online without physically seeing it, but was very pleased. It was healthy and ready to be planted. It’s been a month now and is doing very well 😊”

“Leylandii Blue Jeans arrived as scheduled. We had bought a larger number from Paramount a couple of years ago and they have established well. This smaller number was to extend the original planting. Decent sized and bushy specimens, although in rather small pots for the size of tree. We had prepped the planting sites in advance so were able to get them in the ground quickly.”

“Friendly and helpful service when visited the site. Delivery driver was very good. Bought pleached trees which are healthy and look good in our garden. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was we were recommended over twice as much compost as we needed. A couple of The neighbours were happy as we let them help themselves to it (it's good stuff)”

“Happy with my conifers. Price was good and The trees arrived pretty healthy. Good height. Some slightly shorter then others but all within parameters. Slight damage from transit but arrived on a pallet and were pretty well packed. Delivery was quite long but communication throughout was good. Can't wait for them to grow and bush out. (Abit Bushier then in the description pic online which was a bit of a relief to be honest) very happy overall. Would order again. Would definitely give 5* if delivery was abit quicker.”

“Quick easy website to navigate and use. I ordered 10 cherry laurels around 4 foot tall. A great incentive for me to order was a very reasonable discount on this particular size of plant. Great communication after order, they were dispatched and delivered very promptly in good condition and packaged well. I've received a few post purchase emails with advise for watering, feeding my plants too. Great service from Paramount Plants.”

“It took longer than the forecast delivery schedule to get our tree which would have been a problem had we been going away - hence 4 stars rather than 5 stars. However the tree itself is a fine specimen and the delivery driver Andy from Barnsley was an absolute star and a credit to the Company.”

“Trees arrived as scheduled and described. Only four stars as currently only showing a tiny bit of green on each tree. However, the trees were planted and continue to be watered as per instructions, so hope to see further signs of growth soon.”

“Top Quality Plants I've used Paramount for most of my landscaping this past 2 years and all plants have been superb. I have struggled with online access following orders - e.g. I've requested top up of an order for which there was insufficient plants at the time of order - these simply vanish in the ether, so I suggest a telephone call rather than relying on their web site. To be clear, online orders are a snap - it's the follow up that's difficult.”
