Good customer service, I felt that I was well-updated throughout the purchasing/shipping/delivery process. The plants were clearly healthy--the only reason I'm giving 4 and not 5 is that one of the pots arrived smashed and the roots of the plant were exposed on a rather cold day which I can't imagine is very good for it! However that's likely the fault of the delivery company.
